The bar opens at four and takes walk-ins for the ten counter seats — a small marrow plate, an oyster, a glass of Chenin, the paper. The dining room seats at five.
We close early on the twelve U.S. holidays every year, and the whole first week of January.

We hire quietly and rarely. Front of house openings go up here first when they exist; kitchen roles are usually filled through staging. If you'd like to stage a shift, send a note and a résumé to careers@coalstone.co — one shift, no commitment, we cover a meal.
